Terry Baerg graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006 and earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2008. Terry has over eight years of professional experience and has specialized in Canadian taxation for the past six years. He has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course and the CICA Corporate Reorganizations Course, and before partnering in Buckberger, Baerg & Partners LLP, was admitted to the Americas Tax Excellence Program with his former employer, a multi-national accounting firm. Terry holds extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, estate planning, trusts, mergers and acquisitions, tax issues surrounding insurance, owner-manager remuneration and related tax planning. Terry has also written and presented on a variety of tax topics for a variety of professions and businesses throughout Saskatoon and surrounding area. His clients are diverse and include medical and dental professionals, legal professionals, home building and lumberyards, retailers, manufacturers, engineers, investment and insurance dealers, agriculture producers, and land developers, to name just a few.
Terry and his wife CoraLee have enjoyed travelling through Africa, Europe, South America and other destinations. Terry also enjoys playing golf, practicing yoga and going to Waskesiu Lake in the summer time with CoraLee and their two dogs.
